Yorel Prosser was a three-time All-PSAC East running back for the Golden Bear football program between 1998-01, including First Team selections following his freshman and sophomore seasons. He ranks second in school history with 2,731 rushing yards and fourth with 28 rushing touchdowns (second upon graduation).

Prosser, from Philadelphia, Pa., also sits fourth in program history with 526 career carries and is one of 10 backs to rush for 1,000 yards or more in a season at KU with 1,004 in 2001.

Prosser graduated fourth all-time in all-purpose yards with 3,117 (currently eighth). He amassed the fourth-most rushing yards in a game in school history with 244 against Millersville Sept. 22, 2001. Prosser served as a team captain during his senior season in 2001.

During his time at Kutztown, Prosser was the vice president for the Black Student Union on campus and was a running backs coach for the Golden Bears as a graduate assistant in 2002 and 2003 while earning his MBA. He currently serves as a professional speaker and is an author of, "Make Your Cake: 9 Steps on How to Make it Through College."
