Kutztown University Athletics

Phil Anthony was a fullback and graduated from Kutztown in 1971. He went to work as a dormitory supervisor at Downingtown Industrial School, before becoming an underwriter at the John Hancock Ins. Co. until 1975. He worked in construction from ’75 up through his current employment as a consultant of highway and transportation construction for CMS Engineering Co.
