Kellie Evans

Kellie Evans was an All-American and a five-time All-PSAC softball student-athlete by earning All-PSAC honors at two positions in her freshman season in 2000. She was a three-time member of the ECAC All-Star team and four-time All-Mid-Atlantic Region selection. 
 
During her time at KU, Evans had set KU records for home runs (presently 10th) and slugging percentage in a single season. She holds KU career hitting records for triples, and had set records in home runs (presently sixth), RBI (presently fourth) and total bases (presently fourth). She also ranks fourth in career doubles, fifth in career batting average, and eighth in career hits.
 
As a pitcher, Evans set KU career records for wins (presently second), complete games (presently second) and shutouts (presently third). She currently ranks third in Kutztown history in career ERA and innings pitched, fourth in career appearances in the circle, and fifth in career strikeouts.
 
Among her many honors, she was named the 2000 PSAC Rookie of the Year and an ECAC All-Star. Evans was also named the 2000 Kutztown Female Rookie of the Year, the 2002 Kutztown Female Athlete of the Year and the 2003 Kutztown Female Senior Athlete of the Year.
