HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Kutztown University women's tennis team opened its spring season on Sunday as it dropped a 9-0 decision to Slippery Rock University in Hilton Head, S.C.
 
Five Golden Bears made the trip down South, but were unable to take a match from regionally-ranked Slippery Rock.
 
Kutztown has three matches scheduled for its week ahead in Hilton Head, as it looks ahead to Clarion University on Wednesday, March 11 at 8 a.m.
