GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Kutztown acrobatics & tumbling earned its first victory of the 2026 regular season, splitting a Mountain East Conference tri-match at Glenville State Saturday afternoon, defeating West Virginia State 220.155-102.600, but fell to the host Pioneers 253.105-220.155.

Kaitlyn Miller her first win in Maroon and Gold.

Kutztown had its best run in the pyramid event, scoring a 9.45 in heat one and a 9.5 in heat two, both were highs for the Maroon and Gold Saturday. Their other top scores came in the pyramid heat of the compulsory event (9.35) and heat five of the tumbling event (9.225).

Kutztown will hit the Keystone Arena floor for the first time this season in its next competition date, next Friday, Feb. 27, when it hosts a MEC tri-match with Frostburg State and West Liberty at 6 p.m.
