Kutztown University announced the hiring of Kaitlyn Miller as the second head coach in Golden Bears acrobatics & tumbling program history on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Miller comes to Kutztown after leading Mountain East Conference (MEC) member West Virginia State as the first head coach in program history. She arrived at WVSU in April 2022, preparing the program for its inaugural season of competition in 2024. Kutztown joined the MEC as an associate member in acrobatics & tumbling ahead of the 2025 season.

During her time in Institute, W.Va., Miller was instrumental in helping the Yellow Jackets establish their footing within the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) and MEC. WVSU won its first-ever meet against Bluefield State on Feb. 23, 2024, and continued to improve during its second season in 2025, while competing against some of the top programs in the nation in a tough and established league.

Miller was a member of the acrobatics & tumbling team at Gannon University for four seasons as a top and helped the Golden Knights to a pair of top five national rankings in 2018 and 2019. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in psychology in 2020.

Originally from Spring City, Pa., Miller began her coaching career as a graduate assistant with the first-year program at Coker University in 2021. She earned a Master of Science in college athletic administration from Coker in 2021.
