KUTZTOWN, Pa. -- Registration is now open for the 2025 Kutztown University Field Hockey Summer Camp, which will be held July 13-16!

The Golden Bears have reached the NCAA Division II national championship game in each of the last two seasons under head coach and camp director Marci Scheuing, winning their first title in 2023 and finishing as runner-up in 2024.

The camp is designed to give athletes and teams in grades 9-12 an edge going into next season. Scheuing and the camp staff provide technical and tactical training for both field players and goalies. There are also team-bonding and competitive play opportunities, adding to the overall camp experience.

Each day of the camp runs from morning to evening, with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. Kutztown's two turf fields, newly renovated Andre Reed Stadium and newly built Keystone Field, will be utilized. Campers will stay in KU's air conditioned dorms. Cost is $475 for overnight campers and $400 for commuter/day campers. All campers receive a camp pinnie. There are team discounts of $10 per player if a team registers 11 or more players.

Check-in is on Sunday, July 13, with checkout scheduled for Wednesday, July 16. The camp staff includes Scheuing and KU assistant coaches Amber Auchenbach and Breann Craley (York, Pa./Central York), the 2024 NFHCA Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year, along with a number of NCAA Division II and III coaches from the mid-atlantic region.
