KU Women’s T&F has two event winners highlighting competition at the ESU All-American meet

EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – Kutztown University women's track & field saw a lot of success as seven members earned Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-qualifying marks, including two event winners Saturday at the All-American meet at East Stroudsburg University.

Raechel Bonner (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) won the 400m at 57.82 and Kacie Sienko (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) finished on top of the long jump with a best leap of 5.54m (18-2.25), which is a personal-best and ranks sixth all-time in program history. Myah Davies (New Market, Md./Linganore) had a PR and NCAA Provisional in the pole vault of 3.80m (12-5.50), which is second-best all-time behind teammate Ally Tama (Towanda, Pa./Towanda), who also had a PSAC mark in the pole vault Saturday, finishing third overall, right behind Davies.

Taniyah Lawler (Chester, Pa./Chester) crossed the finish line second in the 200m with a PSAC time of 25.77, 10th all-time at KU. Alicia Underkoffler (Elizabethtown, Pa./Elizabethtown) and Kathleen Silverman (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) also earned qualifying marks in the 400m hurdles and pole vault, respectively.

Brianna Foster (Ridley Park, Pa./Ridley Park) ran a personal-best 12.51 and was second in the 100m, the time ranks ninth all-time at KU. Lynne O'Connor (Southampton, Pa./William Tennent) was runner-up in the 3000m steeplechase and Julianna Elsesser (Schnecksville, Pa./Parkland) was just behind in third. The 4x1 relay team of Kira Solt (Hillsborough, N.J./Hillsborough), Lawler, Hazel Deschamps (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) and Foster were second at 48.30.

Skylar Miller (Topton, Pa./Brandywine Heights) finished second in the high jump at 1.52m (4-11.75) and Haleigh Davis (Morgantown, Pa./Twin Valley) placed third in the long jump and fifth in the high jump.

Kutztown will take part in the three-day Penn Relays next week, starting Thursday, April 28, and finishing that Saturday. KU will also compete in the Paul Kaiser Classic at Shippensburg University on Saturday, April 30.
