BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Tyeshawn Worrell (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg) captured first place in the 60m and 200m events, followed up by a TJ White (Reading, Pa./Muhlenberg) top finish in the high jump and an Anthony DeFusco (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) victory in the triple jump, as the Kutztown University men's track & field team put on a strong showing at the Fast Times Before Finals meet in Bethlehem Friday and Saturday.

In Friday's action, Jason Mraz (Edison, N.J./Edison) and Nate Schaeffer (Mohrsville, Pa./Schuylkill Valley) both hit PSAC Qualifying marks in the Pole Vault, followed by another PSAC mark and a personal best by Jacob Solonoski (Weatherly, Pa./Weatherly) in the weight throw. Darien Clarke (Middletown, Del./Appoquinimink), Owen Weaver (Baldwinsville, Pa./C.W. Baker), and Cameron Baumgardner (Emmitsburg, Md./Catoctin) rounded out the Friday competitions with a 4th, 6th, and 7th place finished in the heptathlon. 

Saturday started off with Worrell winning both the 60m and 200m races, with a PSAC mark in the 60m. White's strong showing at 2.02m in the high jump was not only a PSAC mark but the 6th-best showing in school history. DeFusco then captured the triple jump victory with a 14.04m mark, another PSAC qualifier. 

The Golden Bears aren't back in action until 2023 when they take place at the TCNJ Lions Invitational on Saturday, January 14.
