Box Score GREENSBURG, Pa. –
Alyssa Donato (Cedarville, N.J./Cumberland Regional) scored three goals in the third quarter to lead the seventh-ranked Kutztown University field hockey team to a 4-1 victory over Seton Hill Saturday afternoon in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference opener for both teams.

The Golden Bears (5-1 overall, 1-0 PSAC), having to make the long travel out to the western part of the state, started the game slow, but Donato helped wake them up in a big way, recording the hat trick. Her 10 goals this season ranks near the top of the leaderboard in the PSAC.

After the Griffins (1-7, 0-2) got one back early in the fourth quarter, Kutztown answered via
Izzy Radel (Harveys Lake, Pa./Lake-Lehman) to cap the scoring.

Olivia Blasone (East Berlin, Pa./Bermudian Springs) finished with two assists, and both
Rachel Dusman (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg) and
Breann Craley (York, Pa./Central York) added one. Blasone has a league-leading five assists on the year.

All three Maroon and Gold goalies saw action Saturday as
Katie Dotterweich (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) started and played the first three quarters.
Cat Wilson (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) and
Mia Kepler (Wall Township, N.J./Wall) split time in the fourth.
