The Golden Bears (10-2, 4-0 PSAC) moved to 4-0 in the PSAC as the only undefeated team in the conference. They have clinched their place in the PSAC Tournament along with Edinboro and Mercyhurst.
Despite the women's loss, Kutztown (8-5, 3-1 PSAC East) remains in the hunt for a postseason berth. Bloomsburg (8-4, 6-0) clinched the Eastern title on Tuesday, but KU needs to win just one of its final two PSAC matches to clinch a place in the tournament. KU still has to play West Chester (5-9, 2-1) and East Stroudsburg (7-5, 2-3).
For the men, Kutztown won two of the three doubles matches to take an opening 2-1 lead.
Rushi Amin (Orefield, PA/Lake Brantley) and

At the top two flights of singles, Amin and Desai earned straight set wins for the Golden Bears. Amin took a 6-1, 6-2 win, as Desai won by a 6-3, 6-2 final. Bloomsburg's only singles win as a tiebreaker at No. 3 singles over KU's Matthew Maguire. He dropped a close first set, 7-5, but rebounded with a dominant 6-2 win to force the tiebreaker. Unfortunately for Maguire, he fell 10-4 to give the Huskies the win.
