YORK, Pa. – Kutztown women's swimming is set to compete at the 2025-26 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference championships this week, running from Wednesday morning through Saturday night at the Graham Aquatic Center at the YMCA in York.
For morning sessions, doors open at 9:00 a.m. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. for Wednesday-Friday evening sessions and will open at 4:00 p.m. for Saturday's evening session. The preliminary rounds begin at 10 a.m., each day, with the finals scheduled for 5:30 p.m., the first three nights and 5 p.m., on Saturday.

Purchasing tickets ahead of time is highly encouraged. Ticket prices are: Adult AM Session: $6.00, Adult PM Session: $9.00, Student K-12 AM/PM Session: $5.00.
Adult All-Session Pass: $55.00, Student K-12 All-Session Pass: $25.00. College students from member institutions with valid ID: FREE ADMISSION. No complimentary passes. PSAC Passes are honored.

The Golden Bears will have 14 members competing in multiple events, all at least three events and seven being in four.

Camryn Sedora (Chester, Md./Kent Island),
Birta Smaradottir (Mosfellsbær, Iceland/Commercial College of Iceland),
Ana Soto (Hamburg, N.J./Vernon Township) and
Sarah Zeminski (West Chester, Pa./West Chester East) all will be looking to medal for the Maroon and Gold this week. Grove, Kopcho, Rodier, Sedora, Smaradottir, Soto and Zeminski each qualified for four events.
Kopcho enters as the highest ranked swimmer of the group, starting the 1650 Free fifth overall out of 33 competitors with a time of 17:47.69. Zeminski enters the 500 Free sixth overall out of 39 swimmers with a qualifying time of 5:09.43, just ahead of Kopcho, who is seventh in the event at 5:09.55. Soto also ranks seventh in the 50 Free and 100 Free.
The Golden Bears will also be in five relay events, the 800 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay, 200 Free Relay, 400 Medley Relay and 200 Medley Relay.
Kutztown placed 10th overall in the team standings the last two PSAC Championships, with last year's netting 351 points.
