KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Junior middle hitter Grace White (Pennsburg, Pa./Quakertown) did a little bit of everything this past week, and her success on the court for Kutztown led her to be voted this week's Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division's Athlete of the Week, announced Monday.

In three matches last week, White helped lead Kutztown both offensively and defensively in a 2-1 week, with both victories in the PSAC, but her impact may have been felt more defensively.

In a four-set win at Shippensburg last Tuesday, White finished with 10 kills and a match-high six blocks, while adding two digs. In the match at Jefferson two nights later, White tallied a season-high 13 kills and had three blocks. In a straight set sweep over West Chester this past Saturday, White recorded 11 kills, three blocks, one dig and one assist.

Kutztown completes its non-conference portion of its schedule this Tuesday night with a match at Holy Family at 7 p.m. KU will then welcome Lock Haven and Shippensburg, Friday and Saturday, respectively, for back-to-back PSAC East matches.
