ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. – Junior
Brooke Graham (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs) turned in a 7-over-78 to finish second individually, a mark that helped lead the Kutztown University women's golf team to a second-place finish at the Gettysburg Fall Invitational on Saturday afternoon at Hanover Country Club.
The Carlisle, Pa., native carded a birdie on the 472-yard par-5 opening hole, finishing the front nine with four pars as she was 4-over-40 heading into the back half. The third-year Golden Bear fared a stroke better on the latter half, as she used a birdie on the 304-yard No. 15 and four more pars to finish +7 on the afternoon.
Rookie
Livia Andov (Pekanbaru, Indonesia/) matched Graham with eight pars, including three straight to end her ninth-place performance at 14-over 85.
Eva Moawad (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) settled in after a rocky front nine, carding a trio of pars on the back half to finish +15, 11th among the field.
Junior
Grace Klements (Little Egg Harbor Township, N.J./Pinelands Regional) opened with a par on No. 1 and another on Nos. 8 and 9, finishing +20 in the end.
Gabby Cohen (Jeffersonville, N.Y./Sullivan West) tallied four pars in a +27 outing, while
Alana Cristino (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) managed a birdie on the 475-yard, par 5 No. 17 as she finished +34.
Kutztown finished three strokes back of first-place Catholic, who wrapped up play 53-over-337. Kutztown was followed by Susquehanna (346, +62) and host school Gettysburg (348, +64) at the top of the standings.
The Gettysburg Fall Invitational was the sixth and final outing of the Golden Bears' fall slate. Kutztown will return to the links in the spring as it prepares for the PSAC Championship at Kutztown's Berkleigh Golf Club, April 25-27, 2026.
