LANCASTER, Pa. -- Annamarie Rodier (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) joined another Kutztown University women's swimming top 10 list --her fifth career individual top 10 time-- with the second-fastest 400-yard individual medley time in program history (4:43.31) on Saturday at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational.

Rodier quickly inserted herself into the top 10 in the first prelim of the morning session with the fifth-quickest 400 IM time in team history (4:46.09) to place 20th and qualify for the evening's C Final. The junior from Mount Laurel, N.J., trimmed another 2.7 seconds in the final to finish 19th overall and slot in second on the program's top 10 list behind Stephanie Jeppesen's 4:33.39 at the 2010 NCAA Division II Championships.

A handful of Golden Bears placed themselves in the record book during Saturday's preliminary heats. Kara Damico (Brookhaven, Pa./Sun Valley) recorded a 59.30 in the 100 butterfly to qualify for the B Final and take fifth on KU's top 10. Freshman teammate Sarah Zeminski (West Chester, Pa./West Chester East) set the 10th-best time in the same event with a 1:00.38. Both swimmers set PSAC cut times along with Phoebe Armes (Somerset, UK/Millfield School) (1:01.09). Damico went on to place 15th in the finals with a 59.98.

In the 100 breaststroke, Tatum Rothermel (Halifax, Pa./Halifax) swam the eighth-fastest time in program history with a 1:08.56. She ranked 22nd after prelims and qualified for the C Final, where she backed up her seeding with a 22nd-place finish in 1:09.08.

Armes snuck into the KU top 10 with a PSAC qualifying time of 1:01.59 in the 100 backstroke.

Kutztown's top finishing relay was the 800 free relay team of Camryn Sedora (Chester, Md./Kent Island), Birta Smaradottir (Mosfellsbær, Iceland/Commercial College of Iceland), Zeminski and Roider), which took 12th in 8:05.14. The Golden Bears are 13th in the team standings heading into the final day of competition on Sunday.

Prelims are slated for 10 a.m., followed by finals at 5 p.m.
