LEWISBURG, Pa. – Kutztown women's track & field wrapped up its two-day competition at the Bison Multi & Open Saturday at Bucknell University.
The Golden Bears finished with six Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference qualifiers.
Raechel Bonner (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) placed second overall in the 400m at 59.70.
Ava Bendetti (Breinigsville, Pa./Parkland) crossed the finish line at 2:25.06 in the 800m. Both
Colleen Gilbert (Willow Street, Pa./Lampeter-Strasburg) and
Anastasia Fratanduono (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) recorded PSAC times in the mile at 5:17.78 and 5:22.32, respectively. In the field events,
Mia Grassia (Bay Shore, N.Y./Bay Shore) finished in the top-five in the high jump at a mark of 1.55m (5'1").
The 4x4 relay team consisting of
Kiana Young (East Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg),
Jaidah Mitchell (Pemberton, N.J./Pemberton Township),
Brianna Foster (Ridley Park, Pa./Ridley Park) and Bonner finished fourth overall at 4:07.45.
Kutztown is back on the track on Friday, Feb. 10, at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University.
