LANCASTER, Pa. – Three Kutztown swimmers reached personal-best times and, in doing so, climbed up the ladder in program top-10 rankings Sunday as KU concluded its third day of competition at the Franklin and Marshall Invitational in Lancaster.
 
One day after breaking a new school record in the 100 backstroke, Gracie McKee (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown) was back at it again, this time improving upon her record in the 200 backstroke, winning the event at 2:02.90. Annamarie Rodier (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) and Natasha Sheehy (Tempe, Australia/MLC School) both earned PRs in the 1650 freestyle and now rank fourth and ninth, respectively, all-time at KU.
 
That trio, along with Ana Soto (Hamburg, N.J./Vernon Township), Frannie Pease-Wingenter (Goodyear, Ariz./Millennium) and Jade Ware (Easton, Pa./Wilson Area) all recorded Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-qualifying times. Paige Heck (Dauphin, Pa./Central Dauphin), Olivia Bing (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North), Alexandra Wetzel (Red Lion, Pa./Red Lion), Ainsley Fischer (Newark, Del./Delaware Military Academy), Keara Bedson (Ballston Spa, N.Y./Ballston Spa) and Jaylin Calistro (Temple, N.H./Contoocook Valley Regional) all achieved season-best times.
 
Kutztown has one more meet this calendar year, as it will travel to Kean on Friday, Dec. 9.
