BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Junior Kelly Groth (Audubon, Pa./Methacton) of the Kutztown University women's track & field team set a new school record in the 60m, running a time of 7.73, 0.05 faster than the previous record, to highlight the second and final day of the Fast Times Before Finals meet at Lehigh University's Stabler campus.
 
Groth won the 60m with the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-qualifying time, and led a group of five Golden Bears that earned top-10 marks in program history, and a total of nine PSAC marks. Groth also finished first in the 200m with a PSAC time of 26.07.
 
Taye Dairo (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) won the high jump in her first collegiate meet, clearing a mark of 1.65m (5-5), which ranks fifth all-time at KU and is a qualifying mark. Shelby Samuels (Bensalem, Pa./Conwell-Egan Catholic) and Becca Hemingway (Perkiomenville, Pa./Boyertown Area) also posted PSAC marks of 1.55m (5-1) each.
 
Joanne Mason (Upper Darby, Pa./Upper Darby (East Stroudsburg)) placed second in the 60m hurdles finals with a PSAC and personal-best time of 9.06, ranking third all-time.
 
Hemingway was third in the long jump at 5.38m (17-8), a PSAC and personal-best mark that also ranks sixth all-time in program history.
 
Ashley Stewart (Lake Hopatcong, N.J./Jefferson Township) ran a personal-best time of 1:20.05, which ranks ninth all-time.

Ashley Petre (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus) and Olivia Morano (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown) each earned a PSAC-mark in the weight throw at throws of 14.61m (47-11.25) and 13.82m (45-4.25)
 
Julia Wiemken (Howell, N.J./Howell) ran a personal-best time of 1:21.43 and finished in the top-10 in the 500m.
 
Kutztown does not compete until the new year when it hosts the Golden Bear Invitational on Thursday, Jan. 10 and Friday, Jan. 11.
