EDINBORO, Pa. – Joan Oliver Perez (Andratx, Spain/IES Baltasar Porcel) won his match at No. 2 singles to highlight the Kutztown University men's tennis teams' 8-1 loss at the hands of Edinboro University Saturday evening at the Westwood Racquet Club.
 
In doubles action, Edinboro swept the three matches 8-4, 8-2 and 8-0.
 
In singles action, Oliver Perez won his match due to retirement by Edinboro's second singles player. David Nunez Contreras (Madrid, Spain/Mater Immaculata) won a team-high three games in a 6-2, 6-1 setback at No. 5 singles.
 
Kutztown returns to eastern Pa. for a road match on Monday, March 21 at the University of the Sciences at 3 p.m.
