2016-17: PSAC Scholar-Athlete and D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...Madison Beer finished her final season as a Golden Bear with 81.1 average – second-best in school history - after competing in 17 rounds to earn All-PSAC Second Team honors. She had seven top-10 finishes, as her 83.2 career average places her second in program history. In the fall, she finished sixth with a two-round career-best score of 156 (79, 77). Her best performance of the spring season came at the ESU Invitational with a fifth-place finish and a two-round score of 157 (83, 74). Recorded a tie for fifth at the ESU Invitational (4/24)...Finished fourth overall at the Alvernia Invitational (4/13)...Notched a tie for the 16th place finish at the Dr. Edwin B. 2015-16: PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/29)...All-PSAC Second Team (6/2)...The team captain finished her junior season with an 83.8 average (t-10th all-time) after competing in 18 rounds. In the fall, she finished fourth at the PSAC Championships and had her best round of her career at the time with a two-round score of 157 (77, 80). Then in the spring at the Randolph-Macon Invite, Beer took sixth and had the best round of her career with a 74 in the second round. Beer took home the gold at KU’s Spring Invitational, where she shot an 81. She had seven top-10 finishes in the 2015-16 season. Heading into her senior year, Beer ranks second in KU history with an 83.8 career average...Posted a ninth place finish at the ESU Invitational (4/18)...Recorded an 81 which gave her the victory at the Kutztown Spring Invitational (4/16)...Finished sixth overall at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell (4/11)...Posted an 84 and finished second at Eastern University's Spring Invitational (3/29)...Shot a team-best 74 at the Max and Susan Stith Invite on Saturday, third-lowest score on a par-72 course in KU history (3/26-27)...Finished in a tie for fourth with a two-round score of 157, the best of her career at the PSAC Championships (10/18)...Tied for fifth place at the Kutztown Fall Invitational with a two-day score of 169 (87, 82) (10/5)...Finished 16th at the Ohio Valley Fall Classic (9/27-28).
2014-15: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/6)…Named All-PSAC Second Team (5/21)...Beer competed in 11 events for the Golden Bears during her sophomore season. Her scoring average of 83.0 in 21 rounds ranked second on the team and she had seven top-10 finishes during the year, including a victory at the Alvernia Invitational...Tied for third place with a two-day score of 167 at the Le Moyne Invitational (4/19)...Finished in fourth place with a two-day score of 168 (88, 80) at the Dr. Edwin B.
