John Venditti returns for his third season as an assistant coach on Kutztown's football staff in 2024.

Venditti served as the cornerbacks coach at his alma mater, Albright College, in 2021. Before returning to Reading, he spent two years as an assistant coach on the St. John Fisher coaching staff, overseeing the running backs coach and helping out on special teams. He also held the role of offensive coordinator for the Cardinals' development team along with handling co-video coordinator duties.

Venditti started his collegiate coaching career at another NCAA Division III institution, spending four years as a member of the TCNJ football staff. He worked with the running backs and was a special teams assistant that focused on the kickers and punters.

Venditti cut his teeth at the scholastic level, working two seasons with the start up program at Kensington CAPA High School in Philadelphia. He began as the special teams coordinator before being elevated to defensive coordinator and skill position coach on both sides of the ball. Venditti spent one season as the special teams coordinator, specialist coach and assistant defensive backs coach.

Venditti, a 2010 Albright graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in communication with a journalism/broadcasting track, was a kicker for the Lion football team, spending all four years on campus with the program. In 2009, the Lions set a school record for wins in a single-season (11) and advanced to the third round of the NCAA DIII Tournament.
