2016 (Game-by-Game): Flynn appeared on the mound 14 times for the Golden Bears during his junior campaign with two starts.  He posted a 1-3 record with a 7.11 ERA.  In 25.1 inning pitched, he struck out 36 batters and led KU in saves with three.  Flynn struck out 12.8 batters per nine innings pitched...Earned his third save of the season, pitching 0.2 scoreless innings against Barton in the second game of a doubleheader (3/8)...Picked up a save over 1.2 scoreless innings in relief with four strikeouts against Barton in game one of a doubleheader (3/8)...Earned his first save of the season, throwing 0.2 innings with two strikeouts against Fairmont State (3/5)...Picked up his first victory of the season, pitching 2.2 scoreless innings with six strikeouts in relief against Clarion (3/4).

2015 (Game-by-Game): Flynn pitched in nine games for the Golden Bears during his sophomore season. He made nine starts, including one complete game. He pitched 43.2 innings and went 2-3 with 36 strikeouts and a 4.74 ERA...Recorded the win against Millersville, striking out three batters in 4.2 innings of work (4/17)...Struck out five in his first win of the season vs. Barton (3/10)...Pitched four innings in the season-opener, striking out five (3/7). 

2014 (Game-by-Game): Flynn saw action on the mound in 15 games as a freshman with six starts. He held a 2-4 record with a 3.25 ERA. Flynn recorded 32 strikeouts in 44.1 innings pitched and held opponents to a .229 batting average. Pitched eight-plus innings in the first postseason game of his career in the semifinals of the PSAC Tournament vs. Pitt-Johnstown. He threw 112 pitches and allowed eight hits and two runs with five strikeouts (5/2)...Recorded a scoreless inning of relief in a win over Albright (4/28)...Recorded the win against Lock Haven, striking out five batters in six innings of work (4/19)...Earned the save against Lincoln, striking out one batter in two innings (4/3)...Recorded a scoreless inning of relief in a win over Bloomfield (3/27)...Had a scoreless inning of relief and two strikeouts in a win over Saint Rose (3/15)...Recorded a scoreless inning of relief and a strikeout in a win over Apprentice (2/21).
