KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Bailey Gimbor (Bernville, Pa./Hamburg) and
Dalton Gimbor (Bernville, Pa./Hamburg) of the Kutztown University wrestling team were named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Men's At-Large team, the organization recently announced.

The CSC Academic All-District teams honor the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance in competition and in the classroom. Nominees must have reached sophomore status both academically and athletically, while maintaining a 3.50 cumulative grade point average. Additionally, student-athletes must meet sport-specific eligibility requirements to include a percentage of contests played or started, postseason participation or individual event rankings (track & field).

Schools were permitted to nominate a maximum of six male and six female student-athletes for the at-large teams.

Dalton Gimbor (Bernville, Pa./Hamburg) was chosen as an Academic All-America finalist by the CSC selection committee for his standout academic and athletic credentials. The CSC Academic All-America Women's At-Large teams will be announced July 8.

Bailey Gimbor (Bernville, Pa./Hamburg) posted a 15-6 record with three pins, six technical falls and three major decisions during the 2025-26 season. The Bernville, Pa., native won the 165-pond weight class at the Bridgeport Open and finished fourth at the NCAA DII Super Region 1 Championships. Gimbor had a 3.75 GPA in engineering physics at the time of his nomination. A two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree, Gimbor went 75-21 during his KU career (.781) and earned back-to-back All-America honors in 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Dalton Gimbor (Bernville, Pa./Hamburg) produced his fourth straight 20+ win season and claimed the NCAA DII Super Region 1 title at 174 pounds in 2025-26. The redshirt senior from Bernville, Pa., qualified for the NCAA DII Championships in each of his four seasons with the Golden Bears, earning an All-America finish in 2024-25. A two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree, Gimbor registered a 3.66 GPA while pursuing his degree in engineering physics. Gimbor was ranked in the top 10 of the NWCA's 174 lb. individual rankings all season, reaching a high of No. 3. He went 22-5 overall, including 9-1 in duals, and had four pins, six technical falls and three major decisions. An All-PSAC Second Team selection this winter and four-time All-PSAC pick during his career, Gimbor finished with a 91-32 career record (.740), 24 pins and 23 technical falls.
