BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Kutztown men's outdoor track & field featured multiple top 10 program marks, including a new record to highlight a successful Saturday on day two of the Coach Pollard Invitational at Moravian University in Bethlehem.
 
The 4x100m relay team, consisting of Kymanni Johnson (Baltimore, Md./Overlea), Michael Fellin (Sheppton, Pa./Marian Catholic), Daron Haggans (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) and James Washburn (Shoreham, N.Y./Shoreham-Wading River) finished the race in first with a time of 40.50, a new program record and also a facility record and NCAA Provisional.
 
Haggans was a part of another winning time as his 21.27 in the 200m won that event and ranks second all-time at KU. Jaydon Witman (Hamburg, Pa./Hamburg) crossed the finish line in 14.47 in the 110m hurdles to win that with the second-fastest time in program history. That duo achieved PSAC standards, with Witman also earning one in the 400m hurdles.
 
Johnson and Fellin finished 2/3 in the 100m with PSAC times. Also on the track, Willie Wiles (Royersford, Pa./Spring-Ford) and Cole Doms (Somerdale, N.J./Sterling) raced to PSAC standards in the 1500m and 3000m steeplechase, respectively.
 
In field events, Andrew Szeplaki (Bath, Pa./Northampton) won the pole vault with a highest clearance of 5.00m (16-4.75), an NCAA Provisional. Kevin Givone (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) also achieved a Provisional in winning the javelin with a throw of 60.07m (197-0.75). Trey Hamlin III (Townsend, Del./Caravel Academy) recorded a leap of 7.22m (23-8.25) in the long jump, a PSAC mark and is tied for fifth all-time at KU.
 
Kutztown will wrap up its regular season portion of its schedule with a two-day competition at the Paul Kiser Classic next Friday and Saturday at Shippensburg University.
