PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Kevin Givone (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) was the lone representative competing at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia Friday for Kutztown men's outdoor track & field. Givone threw the javelin at the event.
 
The junior NCAA qualifier from a season ago placed 12th overall in the event with a best throw of 56.07m (183-11), which is a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference qualifying standard.
 
Kutztown competes in the Paul Kaiser Classic at Shippensburg University tomorrow, Saturday, April 26, beginning at 10 a.m.
