BETHLEHEM, Pa.Michael Fellin (Sheppton, Pa./Marian Catholic) improved upon his program record and set a new meet record in winning gold in the 60m Sunday afternoon as Kutztown men's track & field finished fourth overall at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Indoor Championships inside Rauch Fieldhouse at Lehigh University. Fellin was also voted the PSAC's Most Outstanding Track Athlete.

Fellin, who tied his record with a 6.73 in the prelim Saturday, blazed to a 6.65, which is an NCAA provisional and tied the PSAC record, also giving KU 10 points.
