KUTZTOWN, Pa. -- In its final meet ahead of the PSAC Championships, Kutztown women's swimming established 11 season-best times during Saturday's unscored Golden Bear Last Chance Invitational at the Keystone Natatorium.

Golden Bears made up a majority of the swimmers in the meet, with Allentown-based Cedar Crest College also sending a number of entries.

Annamarie Rodier (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) eclipsed a PSAC cut time in winning the 1650-yard freestyle in 18:41.67, but the talented sophomore had already qualified for the conference championships in that event earlier this season. Rodier also won the 100 breaststroke in 1:11.65 and was part of the top 400 free relay team along with Camryn Sedora (Chester, Md./Kent Island), Frannie Pease-Wingenter (Goodyear, Ariz./Millennium) and Birta Smaradottir (Mosfellsbær, Iceland/Commercial College of Iceland) in 3:51.68.

Tatum Rothermel (Halifax, Pa./Halifax) earned event wins in the 100 backstroke (1:06.50) and 200 backstroke (2:22.71), while Ana Soto (Hamburg, N.J./Vernon Township) claimed the 200 free (season-best 2:06.21) and 100 butterfly (1:05.04).

Jena LaTorres (Allentown, Pa./William Allen) cracked 26 seconds in winning the 50 free in a season-best 25.96. Sedora, a freshman, and LaTorres each set season-bests in a 1-2 finish for KU in the 100 free. Sedora's winning time was 56.76, ahead of LaTorres' 56.99.

Kutztown's Lorelei Grove (Red Lion, Pa./Red Lion) was tops in the 500 free with a season-best 5:42.08.

The Golden Bears will travel to the Keystone Aquatic Center in Carlisle, Pa., for the 2024 PSAC Championships, Feb. 14-17.
