ORLANDO, Fla. – The Kutztown University cheer team will be heading to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., this weekend (Jan. 14-16) to compete in the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) National College Cheerleading and Dance Championship.
 
This is the fourth year attending in the Small Co-ed Division II division for the Golden Bears, when in previous year, they competed in an all-girls Division I division.
 
The high-flying and successful KU cheer team can be seen at home Kutztown University men's and women's basketball games at Keystone Arena. KU hosts Shepherd University for a doubleheader on Saturday, Jan. 22, beginning with the women's game at 1:00 p.m.
