KUTZTOWN, Pa. – With the spring semester on the horizon, Kutztown University baseball head coach
Eric Folmar and his program announced three captains to lead the team for the upcoming 2022 campaign.
Zach Moretski (Harleysville, Pa./La Salle College H.S.),
Mitchell Peers (Gilbertsville, Pa./Boyertown) and
Dominic Proietto (Norristown, Pa./Norristown) are the trio that will lead the Golden Bears this upcoming season.
"I am excited to announce our team captains for the 2022 season," said Folmar. "Zach, Mitch and Dom have been voted on by their peers to be our team leaders. This is Zach's second time being voted as captain and the first for both Mitch and Dom. It is a great honor and a testament to the work each player elected has put in. Their dedication, commitment, and leadership they have provided is the reason why our team choose these three. Each one of these young men are a great representation of our program and will continue to be great leaders."
