KUTZTOWN, Pa. -- The Kutztown University men's basketball team would like to thank Advantage Point Student Apartments in Kutztown and Sprinturf, LLC, for serving as backing sponsors of the program's 11th annual Scholarship Golf Tournament on Sept. 11, at Rich Maiden Golf Course.

The support of Advantage Point Student Apartments and Sprinturf, LLC, along with 80 participating golfers made the event a success. Proceeds raised from the event go directly to the men's basketball scholarship fund, which exists to support current and future Golden Bears.

Beautiful late-summer weather greeted golfers at the course and provided for enjoyable conditions throughout the tournament. Head coach Bernie Driscoll and assistant coach Tom York wish to again extend their gratitude to everyone who played, donated or served as a sponsor during this year's tournament.
