MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Kutztown University women's rugby team fell to Temple Saturday in the MARC semifinals due to forfeit, but bounced back to defeat the University of Delaware in a consolation game Sunday 32-27. Both matches were at Millersville University.
The Golden Bears (4-2 overall) actually beat Temple 20-0 on the field, but due to a KU clerical error and then losing a protest, the result is a KU forfeit. Try's were scored by

Leah Smaha (Hopatcong, N.J./Lenape Valley Regional).
Against the Blue Hens, the score was tied 27-27 after full time and went into a five-minute, sudden death over time. KU won with a try scored right at the end to win 32-27. Try's were scored
