KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Kutztown University men's basketball team wraps up the non-conference slate of its schedule tomorrow, Saturday, Dec. 15, against Wilmington University at 5 p.m. at Keystone Arena.
The Golden Bears (5-4 overall, 1-2 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) have played just one game in the last 12 days, a 109-97 setback at Pitt-Johnstown last Saturday, Dec. 8.

Anthony Lee (Willow Grove, Pa./Abington) set a new school record for points in a game as he hit the half-century mark, dropping 50 points. It was a career-high for the Willow Grove native, who topped his previous high mark of 41 earlier this season in the win over No. 2 West Liberty. He connected on five three-pointers and was 15-of-16 from the free-throw line and led to his second PSAC Athlete of the Week honor in a row.
Moe Williams (Townsend, Del./Life Center Academy) tallied 12 points and nine rebounds, narrowly missing out on his fifth double-double this season.
Kiyon Hardy (Philadelphia, Pa./The Shipley School) had nine points and eight rebounds, one shy of his career-high.
Facundo Arens (Buenos Aires, Argentina/Bahia Blanca) netted eight points, and
Josh Townsend (Philadelphia, Pa./Imhotep Charter) totaled six points and 10 rebounds.
Ricky Hicks (Coatesville, Pa./Polytech) chipped in five points and five assists.
The Maroon and Gold offense ranks second in the PSAC in scoring at 87.2 points per game (ppg), while the Wildcats offense ranks 72.1 ppg.
Wilmington defeated Jefferson University 69-62 back on Dec. 4. Kutztown was also victories against the Rams 76-75 on Nov. 28. The Wildcats also won two of their three contests with PSAC foes, taking down both West Chester (68-64) and Millersville (77-71), but fell to Shippensburg (76-59).
Kutztown will look to use this matchup to get back on track before a two-game West Division swing next Tuesday and Wednesday against Mercyhurst and Gannon.
