PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Kutztown University women's rugby team wrapped up its fall portion of its schedule undefeated, defeating Saint Joseph's University 24-17 last Saturday in Philadelphia.
 
The Golden Bears were perfect at 6-0 and won their six matches by an average of 37 points.
 
Senior Karleigh Davila (Clifton, N.J./Clifton) led KU with two tries against the Hawks. Taylor Carr (Hamburg, N.J./Wallkill Valley Regional) and Ana Malafu (Kihei, Hawaii/Maui ) each added a try for the Maroon and Gold. Alexandra Quigg (Marlton, N.J./Cherokee) totaled two conversions.
 
Kutztown will next hit the pitch this Saturday against the University of Delaware at 1 p.m. at Millersville University in the Marc Division playoffs.
