ResultsKUTZTOWN, Pa. - The Kutztown University women's tennis team dropped a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) match to West Chester University on Saturday, 9-0, at Keystone Courts.
Kutztown's top performance of the day was at No. 2 doubles where
Alyssa Konas (Lancaster, Pa./Hempfield) and
Vicki Norman (King of Prussia, Pa./Upper Merion) won four games in an 8-4 setback.
In singles play,
Yasmeen Malik (Wernersville, Pa./Conrad Weiser) won a team-high six games at No. 3 in a 6-0, 7-6 setback to Rylee Power.
Alyssa Konas (Lancaster, Pa./Hempfield) won three games at No. 2 singles, while Norman and
Jessica Caples (McSherrystown, Pa./New Oxford) were also victorious in three games at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, respectively.
The Golden Bears play in their second-consecutive home match on Tuesday, March 29, against Shippensburg University at 2 p.m.
