READING, Pa. – The Kutztown University women's bowling team completed the final day of the KU Invitational in seventh place Sunday.
 
RESULTS
 
The Golden Bears (50-23 overall) went 2-1 out of three best four-of-seven Baker matches position round bracket style. KU defeated Monmouth University (4-2) and Stephen F. Austin (4-3).
 
 
Junior Deanna DiRado (Greensburg, PA/Greensburg Salem) represented the Maroon and Gold ranked in the top 10 individuals of the tournament in slot seven. Junior Brooke Bower (Camp Hill, PA/Cedar Cliff) also ranked in the top 50, finishing 45th overall with a game high of 234.
 
 
The Golden Bears return to action when the travel to Elmwood Park, N.J., to compete in the NEC Conference Meet #2 Saturday, February 2, and Sunday, February 3, 2013 entering in first place in Conference after 7-2 record at the last meet.
