Box Score DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – A six goal run by Mercy to close the game erased a Kutztown University lead as the Golden Bears fell on the road 16-12 in non-conference women's lacrosse.

Megan Schwar (Alpha, NJ/Phillipsburg) (Alpha, N.J./Phillipsburg) with 15:30 to play put KU on top 12-10, erasing a 7-6 halftime deficit. The Mavericks, however, ratcheted up their defense down the stretch and did not allow another Golden Bear goal.
Schwar was one of four Kutztown players with two goals in the game.
Leeann Pica (Levittown, PA/Neshaminy) (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) led the Golden Bears with three points, adding an assist to her two scores.
Emily Solt (Bowmanstown, PA/Concord) (Bowmanstown, Pa./Concord (Del.)) and
Krystine Beodeker (Dingmans Ferry, PA/Delaware Valley) (Dingmans Ferry, Pa./Delaware Valley) scored twice as well. Solt added a team-high four draw controls.
Jillian Spencer (Sewell, NJ/Washington Township) (Sewell, N.J./Washington Township) added a goal and an assist.
Randy Vite (Highland Mills, NY/Monroe-Woodbury) (Highland Mills, N.Y./Monroe-Woodbury) had five ground balls.
JoAnn McLaughlin (Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape) (Cape May, N.J./Lower Cape) stopped 10 shots in the contest for Kutztown.
Kelsey Sullivan and Kristen Znaniecki each had four-point outings for Mercy. Sullivan led all players with three goals, while Znaniecki was the only player on either team with two assist.
Stephanie Dilegge made nine saves in the win.
The contest wrapped up non-conference play for the Golden Bears and was also the team's final road game.
