Feb. 19 - Game 1: Kutztown 12, Lock Haven 0

Darin Gorski (jr. Mount Joy/Donegal) pitched six scoreless innings and four players drove in two runs each to lead Kutztown to a 12-0 win over Lock Haven in the first day of the Builder Invitational at the Apprentice School in Hampton, Va.

Gorski struck out nine and walked two, allowing one hit for his first win of the year. Jordan Smith (so. New Milford/Blue Ridge) struck out three over two scoreless innings and Jason Herr (so. Harrisburg/C.D. East) pitched the ninth.

Matt Kulbacki (jr. Hershey/Hershey) was 3-for-4 with two RBIs, while Jared Frey (so. Mohrsville/Schuylkill Valley) was 2-for-5 with two runs and two RBIs.  Corey Buletza (so. St. Claire/Pottsville) was 2-for-5 with two runs scored.  Michael Dugan (so. Ocean City, N.J./Ocean City) and Shayne Houck (fr. Boyertown/Boyertown) knocked in two runs apiece.

KU takes on the host Builders on Friday.
