READING, Pa. — The Kutztown  			University baseball team defeated Berks County  			rival Albright 8-4 at FirstEnergy Stadium Wednesday night.
 			 
 			 			Corey  			Buletza (so. St. Claire/Pottsville)  			was 2-for-5 with three RBIs and  			James  			Quigley (so. Bensalem/Bensalem) was 2-for-4 with two runs  			and two RBIs, including a solo home run.
 			 
 			  			 			Matt  			Kulbacki (jr. Hershey/Hershey) and  			Mike  			Kacelowicz (jr. Orwigsburg/Blue Mountain) added two hits  			apiece.
 			 
 			KU improved to 6-2 in games played at  			FirstEnergy Stadium. The Golden Bears and Lions have faced  			each other at the home of the 			Reading Phillies every  			season since 2003. Albright won last year's meeting, 5-4.
 			 
 			On Wednesday, KU fell behind 2-0  			after the first inning, but knotted the score with single runs in  			the second and third. Quigley reached on an error and scored  			on a  			Michael Dugan (so. Ocean City, N.J./Ocean City) single in  			the second, then Kacelowicz tripled and scored on Quigley's single  			in the third.  
 			 
 			The Golden Bears went up 3-2 in the  			sixth when Kacelowicz's RBI single plated Jared Frey.  
 			The Lions equaled KU's run in its half  			of the sixth.
 			 
 			KU retook the lead for good in the top  			of the seventh when  			Shayne  			Houck (fr. Boyertown/Boyertown) singled and later scored on Buletza's single.
 			
Quigley's home run, his third of the  			year, made it 5-3 in the eighth. 
 			 
 			KU opened it up with three  			runs in the ninth on a two-run double by Buletza and a run-scoring  			single by  			Cody Montz (fr. Schuylkill Haven/Schuylkill Haven).
 			 
 			Seven pitchers took the hill for the  			Golden Bears.  			Mike Moran  			(so. Fabius, N.Y./Fabius-Pompey) earned the win, pitching  			the bottom of the sixth inning with two strikeouts.
