KUTZTOWN, Pa. — The Kutztown University baseball team was swept by Shippensburg on Saturday afternoon, evening up their regular-season series.

The Golden Bears (29-11, 14-6 PSAC East), a day after clinching a PSAC playoff berth, fell 9-2 to the Red Raiders in the first game and 3-2 in the second.

The Golden Bears will return to action at 6:30 p.m. Monday to take on Albright in a non-conference contest at FirstEnergy Stadium in Reading.
