Kutztown swept both of its matches this weekend, defeating Seton Hill 41-6 and Alderson Broaddus 38-6. KU won 18 out of 20 bouts, only giving up two forfeits at 133 pounds. Candelaria was one of four Golden Bears to win both of their matches, and he did not give up a single point to his opponent. He won his first bout by a 12-0 major decision and the second match by a 5-0 decision. Candelaria is undefeated at 165 pounds so far this season (6-0).
