Jeff Duke joined the Kutztown University men's rugby coaching staff during the spring of 2017.
He serves as the associate head coach to Dr. Gregg A. Jones, while handling offensive coordinator duties. Duke is also the recruiting coordinator, and camps and clinics coordinator for the Golden Bears.
Duke attended Kutztown and played center for the Maroon and Gold. He began his playing career with the Allentown Blues Men's Rugby Club.
During his playing career at Kutztown, Duke was a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Select Side (EPRU) and the Middle Atlantic Collegiate Select Side (MARFU).
Following his time at KU, Duke played for the nationally-ranked Bethlehem Men's Rugby Club, where he was also a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Men's Select Side.
Duke's coaching career started in 2010, when he was named the backline coach for the Allentown Blues U-19 Team. After five successful years with the Blues, Duke assumed the head coaching position of the newly-formed Kutztown Silverbacks U-19 Team in 2015.
In the first two years of the Silverbacks' existence, Duke led the team to consecutive semifinal appearances in the Pennsylvania State High School Tournament.
