Connor Lawn enters his first full season with the Kutztown University strength and conditioning staff in 2021-22.

Lawn joined the Golden Bears as the strength and conditioning assistant in March, 2021, working closely with the baseball and track & field teams while in-season. Lawn also coached and designed programs for women's soccer and field hockey, and assisted with football, all of which were working through their nontraditional seasons.

From November, 2020, until his appointment at KU, Lawn served as a strength and conditioning coach for Keystone Sports Training in Hatfield, Pa. He oversaw development of proper lifting techniques, provided individualized training and assisted with speed and agility classes for youth athletes.

Prior to his arrival back in Pennsylvania, Lawn spent the 2019-20 season with the University of Florida as a volunteer intern strength and conditioning coach. With the NCAA Division I Gators, he assisted with the implementation of programs for women's volleyball, men's and women's track & field, men's and women's swimming & diving, gymnastics, women's soccer, women's golf and women's lacrosse. Lawn also assisted with weight room set-up and break down, and facility maintenance.

Lawn began his pursuit of a career in strength and conditioning in the summer of 2016, when he worked with Iron Athlete and North Penn High School's football team while pursuing his undergraduate degree at West Chester University. Lawn earned a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from WCU in 2017.

Lawn's first work at the collegiate level came as an assistant strength and conditioning coach with Division I Villanova University in 2017-18. He aided in the implementation of programs for the Wildcats' football, men's and women's lacrosse and women's soccer programs, while taking the lead on designing programs for men's and women's swimming & diving, men's and women's tennis and field hockey.

Following his time at Villanova, Lawn made the move south for his postgraduate education. In August, 2020, Lawn received his Master of Science in applied physiology and kinesiology: concentrating in human performance from the University of Florida.

Lawn is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA.
