Caleb Baukman is in his fifth season as a volunteer assistant jumps coach with the Kutztown University track & field program in 2024-25.
Baukman specialized in the high jump and triple jump as a student-athlete for the Golden Bears between 2015-19, placing in the top 10 at five PSAC Indoor or Outdoor Championships meets, including a bronze medal-winning effort of 1.99m (6-feet, 6.25-inches) at the 2019 PSAC Indoor Championships.
Baukman, from Wallingford, Pa., ranks seventh on Kutztown's indoor top 10 list in the high jump on the strength of his 2019 PSAC Indoor Championships mark. He's also 10th on the school's outdoor top 10 in the high jump with a career-best jump of 2.00m (6-6.75) at the West Chester Quad in 2018.
Baukman earned his bachelor's degree in social work from KU in 2019.
