2015: PSAC Scholar-Athlete & D2ADA Academic Achievement Award...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team (2/19)...Manela competed in six races for Kutztown in her senior season. She finished in the top-20 in all six races and placed in the top-10 four times. She won the Bulldog Invitational and finished second at the Dutchmen Invitational. Manela placed 17th at the PSAC Championships and 15th at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships...Finished 15th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet with a career-best time of 21:32.7 (11/7)...Earned All-PSAC Second Team honors with a career-best 17th place finish at the PSAC Championships with a time of 22:56.6 (10/24)...Ran a career-best 21:49 at the Paul Short Invitational (10/2)...Came in fourth place with a time of 23:03.8 at the Divison II/III. This is also the fastest performance by a Golden Bear ever at the event (9/19)...Posted a second place finish with a time of 18:34 at the Dutchmen Invitational (9/5).

2014: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/6)…Finished 93rd at the NCAA National Championships in Louisville, Kentucky. She crossed the line in 22:46.5 (12/6)...Qualified for the NCAA National Championships for the first time in her career with an eighth-place run at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships at Slippery Rock (11/22)...Earned a spot on the All-PSAC Second Team and finished 18th with a time of 22:24 at the PSAC Championships, which was a career-best finish at the PSAC race (11/8)...Finished in the top-six with a career-best time in the 8k of 22:07 at Lock Haven University's Go Fast River Run (10/25)...Finished seventh overall with a time of 22:40 at the Don Cathcart Invitational (9/27)...Was the top runner for KU and finished a career-best sixth-place overall in 23:18 at Kutztown's DII/III Challenge (9/13)...Was the top runner for KU and finished in 12th place with a time of 15:26 at the Galen Piper Invitational (9/5).

2013: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/3)...Finished in 43rd place with a time of 22:17 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (11/9)...Finished 35th overall with a time of 23:38 at the PSAC Championships (10/26)...Finished in seventh place with a time of 24:08 at the DeSales Invitational (10/12)...Finished 42nd overall with a time of 23:31 at the LHU River Run (9/21)...Finished in 25th place with a time of 16:01 at the Galen Piper Invitational (9/6).

2012: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/26)...In her debut season with the Golden Bears, Manela had an immediate impact. At the PSAC Championships, Manela grabbed 32nd place with a time of 23:51.4 to contribute to the Golden Bears’ fifth place showing. At the NCAA Atlantic Regional Meet, she posted a personal-best of 22:32.9 to earn 41st place and again contribute to the team’s fourth place finish. Manela’s best individual finish came at the Division II Challenge, hosted by Kutztown, where she placed 18th.
