2018 (OUTDOOR): Fifth place in the 5000m in a career-best 16:05.41
at Shippensburg's Paul Kaiser Classic (4/28).
2017-18 (INDOOR): Sixth place in the 3000m in his first PSAC run in the event, and a PR of 15:42.51 in the 5000m for a 12th-place finish at the PSAC Championships (2/24)...Ran a then-career-best in the 5000m of 15:57.32 at the Bison Opener (12/2).
2017 (OUTDOOR): Did not compete.
2016-17 (INDOOR): Competed in three meets in his junior indoor season, posting a career-best time in the 3000m at 9:24.65.
2016 (OUTDOOR): Competed at the Bloomsburg-ESU Tri-Meet as a sophomore.
2015-16 (INDOOR): Ran a season-best in the 5000m (16:15.60) at the Bison Opener (12/5).
