2018 (OUTDOOR): Career-best third place finishes in career-best times in the 3000m steeplechase and 5000m for All-PSAC honors at the PSAC Championships. His steeplechase time of 9:37.42 ranks eighth in school history and his 5000m time was clocked at 15:13.19, as he combined for 12 team points at the PSAC Championships (5/5)...Won the 3000m steeplechase in a season-best 9:55.42 at Moravian's Greyhound Invitational (4/21)...Had a season-best time of 15:22.77 in the 5000m, a new PSAC mark, at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14)...Won the 3000m steeplechase in hist first PSAC time of the season at 9:57.35 at a Quad Meet at West Chester (3/31).
2017-18 (INDOOR): Career-best PSAC finish of 11th in the 5000m in a career-best 15:40.53 at the PSAC Championships (2/24)...First PSAC time of the year in the 5000m, finishing in sixth place at Susquehanna in 15:53.23 (2/3).
2017 (OUTDOOR): Posted a career-best in the 3000m Steeplechase (9:40.96) to finish in seventh place at the PSAC Outdoor Championships. He also ran in the 5000m and finished 14th (5/5)...Recorded the ninth-fastest time in program history in the 3000m Steeplechase (9:44.19) at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14).
2016-17 (INDOOR): Finished 18th in the 5000m in his first career PSAC Indoor Championship.
2015-16 (INDOOR): Competed in the 3000m and 5000m during his freshman season.
