2014 (Game-by-Game): Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/6)…In her 13 games played, Jacobson netted a goal to complete her final season as a Golden Bear. She started two of the games she played in...Recorded her first career goal in a win over Mercy (10/1).

2013 (Game-by-Game): Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (7/3)...Played in all 17 games and started in four during her junior season, recording two shots on goal.

2012 (Game-by-Game): Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete (6/26)...Jacobson played in 12 games as a sophomore with a shot on goal against LIU Post on Sept. 21.

2011 (Game-by-Game): Jacobson played in five games throughout the season with two shots on goal against Mercy (Sept. 9) and Mansfield (Oct. 17). KU achieved double-digit victories for the eighth consecutive year. It also finished with a winning record for the fifth consecutive season.
