FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Saturday afternoon's softball doubleheader between Kutztown and Nova Southeastern has been canceled. Umpires did not show up to the field.
 
The Golden Bears (6-10 overall) finished their spring break trip 4-5 with two games in Wilson, N.C., followed by seven in Florida.
 
Kutztown returns home and makes its Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and home opener at North Campus Field on Tuesday, March 21, against Shepherd. Game one is set to begin at 1 p.m.
