CALIFORNIA, Pa. – Kutztown women's basketball led after each of the first three quarters, but a fourth quarter surge from West Virginia State allowed the Yellow Jackets to clinch their first victory of the season in defeating KU 65-61 in the second and final day of the Mountain East Conference/Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Challenge Sunday evening at California University's Convocation Center.
