Coach’s Corner: Football’s Jim Clements

KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Coach's corner is a weekly segment where fans get acquainted with Kutztown University head coaches. Our second coach in the spotlight is Golden Bears football coach Jim Clements.

Clements took over the program in 2014, entering his seventh season on campus this fall. He has achieved winning seasons in each of his six seasons at the helm of the Golden Bears, the first KU head coach in program history to open his career with consecutive winning seasons. Clements holds a 48-20 record (.706) at Kutztown and a 34-9 mark (.791) in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. He ranks second at KU in career wins and holds the best winning percentage among any coach in program history. Clements received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a certification in secondary education from Widener in 1996, and earned a master's in secondary education from Widener in 2001.
